Notice of Newly Enacted Ordinance
Communications Tower Siting Ordinance

Notice:  The Town of Perry enacted a Communications Tower Siting Ordinance on July 10, 2008.  The Communications Tower Siting Ordinance contains provisions to create a process that will facilitate an appropriate pattern of Communications Tower sitings within the Town; encourage practices that reduce the proliferation, adverse aesthetic impacts, and other potential negative impacts associated with Communications Towers through careful siting and design standards; and to preserve the Town’s agricultural land uses.

Clean Sweep

The 2008 Clean Sweep Program for recycling household hazardous waste is now open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The last day of the season will be Friday, October 31st, 2008. 

Our drop off site is located on 2302 Fish Hatchery Road in Madison, on the corner of Fish Hatchery and Badger Roads. 

The Clean Sweep Program provides an opportunity for residents of Dane County to safely dispose of household hazardous materials, free of charge.

Recycle!

The Town of Perry Recycling Center is now open additional hours through Tuesday October 21, 2008!

The center will be open on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in addition to the regular weekly Saturday hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
