It was used as the first school in the area until a permanent school house was built. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, the log structure, now clapboard-covered, still stands on its original site.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">______________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<h3>The Dahle House<\/h3>\n<p>The Onon B. Dahle house is located in Daleyville (map), which was founded by Dahle in 1853. Built for Dahle in 1864, he lived here until 1895 before moving to nearby Mount Horeb.
