  4. Roads, Equipment, Facilities:
      Docken Road repairs.
        Town Transportation Resolution – to support road funding.
      Perry Center Rd. bridge – hydraulic engineering.
        Drammen Valley Rd. bridge replacement – WisDOT Municipal Agreement.
      Salt shed repairs – contract, insurance claim.
      Tractor warranty.
     Recycling Center – service contract.
     .  Town policy – managing trees, etc., in Town’s right-of-way.
  1. Land Use:
    1. Nortman Enterprises, LLC – site plan and driveway approval.
    2. Daley Road – mapping, easements, legal description update.
    3. Dane Co. Zoning Ord. Chap. 10 – approval process for changes to proposed zoning districts.  
    4. Town parcels – proposed zoning districts.
  2. Treasurer’s Report.
  3. Parks and Open Space Committee – report, recommendations.
  4. Historic Preservation Commission – report, recommendations.
  5. Minutes of Previous Meetings – July 17, 2018 Town Board meetings.
  6. Pay Bills due.
  7. Closed and Open Session. Dane Co. Circuit Court case 15CV0065 DSG vs. Town of Perry -convene to closed session under WI Stat. 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel concerning strategy and then reconvene to open session.
  8. Adjournment.
