1. Call to order.  Pledge of Allegiance.

2. Roads, Equipment, Facilities – Award 2024 road construction contracts.

3. Recess to Reconvene - Closed and Open Session. Dane Co. Circuit Court case 15CV0065 DSG; convene a closed session under WI § 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel concerning strategy and WI §19.85(1)(b) and (c) personnel, and reconvene open session following the Annual Meeting.

4. Adjournment.
