4. New Glarus Fire District – 2025 Budget, purchase new fire truck.
5. Land Use:
   a.    Diane Erb, 1514 Sutter Rd. =- site plans, zoning changes, 3 lots from FB-35 to RR-2 and RM-8.
   b. Dane Co. Ordinance Amendment 23 – Conditional Use permits.
6. Roads, Equipment, Facilities –
   a. Truck & Snowplow delivery, renew interim loan.
   b.  Petition for Discontinuance of Part of a Public Way – Moen Road, James Gibson and Susan Medaris.

7. Recycling Center.  New shed.  Recycling plastic bag/wrap options; electronics recycling.
8. Town Hall Renovation report.
9. Treasurer’s Report.
10. Friends of the Parks of Perry report.
11. Parks and Open Space Committee – report and recommendations.
12. Dane Co. Towns Association and Wisconsin Towns Association discussions,
13. Minutes of Previous Meetings – December 10, 2024.
14. Revise 2025 Budget.
15. Pay Bills due.  
16. Closed Session. Dane Co. Circuit Court case 15CV0065 DSG; convene a closed session under WI § 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel concerning strategy and WI §19.85(1)(b) and (c) personnel.
