   2. Process and requirements to discontinue a Town road - WI  §66.1003, etc.

16. Closed Session. Dane Co. Circuit Court case 15CV0065 DSG; convene a closed session under WI § 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel concerning strategy and WI §19.85(1)(b) and (c) personnel.
