The Board of Review of the Town of Perry, Dane County, will hold its first meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 7:30 PM at the Perry Town Hall, 10084 CTH A, pursuant to WI §Sec. 70.47(1). It is anticipated that this meeting will be recessed and then reconvened at a later date, as the 2026 Assessment Roll is not completed.

    c.   Wind turbines; Solar array siting process.
  1. Roads, Equipment, Facilities:
    a.    Protect Local Roads resolution.
    b.    Petition to Vacate Grove Street – Terry Miller.
    c.  Petition for Discontinuance of Part of a Public Way – Josephson Road – Ron Josephson.

  4. Closed Session. Dane Co. Circuit Court case 15CV0065 DSG; Hauge Historic District Park easement negotiations: convene a closed session under WI § 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel concerning strategy and WI §19.85(1)(b) and (c) personnel.
