NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Perry Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 8, at 7:00 PM in the Perry Town Hall, 10084 County Rd A, Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, to hear public input and consider the passage of the following, and may take action during the Town Board meeting, which will immediately follow:
PETITION TO ADOPT
ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE AND UTILITY TERRAIN VEHICLE (ATV/UTV) ROUTES AND REGULATIONS ORDINANCE
- All-Terrain Vehicle and Utility Terrain Vehicle (ATV/UTV) Ordinance. By enacting this ordinance, the Town will establish routes and provide for the safe operation of ATVs and UTVs on all town roads within the Town of Perry. Copies of the proposed ordinance will be on file and open for public inspection from the Town Clerk/Treasurer at 608-444-6425, clerk@tn.perry.wi.gov, and available online at https://www.perry-wi.gov/
